Welcome to Pure Kharis Academy

Pure Kharis Academy was founded on 24th November 2015 by Bishop Samuel Addo and Mercy Addo, driven by a shared passion to impact the next generation through quality education rooted in Christian values. What began as a humble vision soon became a reality, with just 7 learners making up the very first class.

With a strong belief in the power of education guided by faith, the founders established the school to nurture children academically, morally, and spiritually. The name "Kharis"—a Greek word meaning grace—was carefully chosen to reflect the foundation of the school: built on the grace of God.

In its early days, Pure Kharis Academy operated with limited resources but abundant faith, love, and dedication. Bishop Samuel and Mercy Addo personally oversaw the school’s day-to-day running, teaching, and development, ensuring that each child received individual attention and a strong start in life.
