Welcome to Pure Kharis Academy

Pure Kharis Academy was founded on 24th November 2015 by Bishop Samuel Addo and Beatrice Addo, driven by a shared passion to impact the next generation through quality education rooted in Christian values. What began as a humble vision soon became a reality, with just 7 learners making up the very first class.

With a strong belief in the power of education guided by faith, the founders established the school to nurture children academically, morally, and spiritually. The name "Kharis"—a Greek word meaning grace—was carefully chosen to reflect the foundation of the school: built on the grace of God.

The History of Pure Kharis Academy

In its early days, Pure Kharis Academy operated with limited resources but abundant faith, love, and dedication. Bishop Samuel and Beatrice Addo personally oversaw the school’s day-to-day running, teaching, and development, ensuring that each child received individual attention and a strong start in life.

Word of the school’s commitment to excellence and character-building spread quickly, and over the years, enrollment began to grow. As more families entrusted their children to the Academy, the school expanded its facilities, teaching staff, and curriculum to meet the growing demand. Today, Pure Kharis Academy stands as a testament to what vision, prayer, and perseverance can achieve. From its small beginning with just 7 learners, it has grown into a thriving educational institution, raising confident, disciplined, and God-fearing leaders for tomorrow. As the Academy continues to grow, it remains grounded in its founding principles—faith, excellence, and grace—while looking ahead with hope and purpose.
